Dedicated device per gym location. Classes run completely offline — no internet needed. Every screen stays in sync, audio cues for transitions, exercise videos load instantly, automatic class chaining.

### Display & Control (Apple TV + iOS)
Apple TV shows multiple stations per screen with flexible layout configurations. iOS app provides full trainer control — play, pause, skip, jump to any phase.
